Supervise Visit 1a Week I been showing up every week early if anything get there with my 2 kids and they do not wanna go up it’s at the court house the case worker comes down and gets the kids who r age 13 and almost 11 they do not wanna go my oldest says please don’t make and my 11 y/o says she is all Set it’s been 7 years they don’t wanna see him the case worker says ok and we leave. the last visit another case worker was there pulled me aside and said umm are u couching them? I answerd no I am not she said to me maybe I should leave the property and they will bring there farther To them I said I cannot recommend that I am not leaving unless they are willing wanted to go up there and they do not she said I was not being cooperative I said yes I am I am here every day on time they do not want to be here I will not force them to go my daughters Said to the caseworker please do not take that man near us we do not want to see him I said we will try agin week ?is can I get in trouble

A: Yes, if you do not follow the court's order, you can get int trouble. Speak with your attorney to document your concerns. They will have a written report from the unit that will be sent to the judge in your case.
