Stevens Point, WI asked in Child Support for Illinois

Q: My son is not married to the mother of his 8-year-old daughter. They have 50% custody & he pays $800/month in child

support. She has a son from her 1st marriage, a daughter from her 2nd marriage & a daughter with my son (not married). They share 50% custody. She has basically gotten child support from all of them. She finally got a job & makes $83,000/year - not including the child support. My son pays child daycare, health insurance, and for a private school. The mom continuously threatens to take him back to court for more child support & uses that child as leverage. She insists she needs a "wardrobe" at his home (she wears a uniform to school). She has many clothes at her dad's house. She insists on starting a college fund, needs more of a wardrobe & extracurricular (her words) activities have "gone up." This is a consistent scheme for more money & it never ends. If he argues that he's already paying for everything & she's earning a good salary why does she want more? She then threatens to move out of the city they're in & custody would then change. And she wants to be a stay-at-home mom. Advice?
