Q: I have a custody agreement for week on week off. She started school and he said he wont be able to take her to school
So he now only has her on weekends and I filed for child support and it just came back for 15 bucks and that was based on the first agreement what do i do. I stated in there that i now have her way more than half the time.
A: How did you file for increased child support? It appears that it was not done correctly. It appears that you may need a lawyer to help you, or contact DHS and tell them of the error and see if they will fix it. You can also go to the DHS website, and use the child support calculator there, and find out what is the correct amount, with the time you have your child. Good luck.
