I was in a car accident December 2017 at the time It was my first day on the job delivering an arrangement for edible arrangements. I was driving my own car (which was totaled) because they said their delivery van wasn’t working. My car wasn’t registered or insured. I currently have a lawyer who is trying to get workers comp for me but I wanted to know if it’s possible for me to sue edible arrangements for reimbursement for my car? My lawyer just keeps telling me he will get back to me and never does.

A: Ask your lawyer. Better to file under your insurance if you have collision, let them sort it out.
