If she was DUI, check with the DA's office victim assistance coordinator. Also why are you suing her--if you have collision, let your company do that. Also, you likley have an injury claim. Contact the office of Michael Koskoff--they give free consults. Tell him I suggested you call.
See if there were any intersection cameras or security cameras covering where it happened. Then if you have collision run it through that. If not, if you don't have someone to go after that's it. You may have a casualty deduction on your taxes but talk to an accountant about that.

If the summons is for the ticket there may or may not be a docket number. However you don't want to ignore it. You want to have a lawyer who handles cases before the court in the county where it happened handle it.
