Roanoke, VA asked in Criminal Law for Virginia

Q: what is the punishment going to be?

I am 17 and a half, and my friend and I were sort of joking around about robbing Sheetz with a bb gun. I went on a run and got the bb gun from him and was planning on returning it to him when I was finished with my run. I went to Sheetz to use the bathroom and see if it was actually possible to rob it but it wasn't. On my way back to his house I was detained and put into a detention center called corner springs and then was released on the terms that I go seek mental help. I am charged with conspericy to commit armed robbery. What is going to be the punishment? I have a pending possession of marijuana charge.
