I am on student visa since 2014.
My wife is a green card holder (diversity visa) since 2015 and she has tax file history for only 2 years.
I am planning to apply for a green card through her but the form I864 asks for tax history of last 3 years from the sponsor.
What is the best possible solution for my case?

Provide the tax returns available at this time, provide and explanation, and supplement the record as the newer tax information becomes available. Good Luck!
