If a person is arrestes second dwi offense and have no legal documents for leaving in usa pay the 500.00 bond but ICE have a hold on him what are the possibilities of bern deported
A: ICE will not wait for the DWI case. If a bond is posted on the DWI and the person is transferred to immigration,, deportation proceedings will begin immediately. Contact a local attorney before you do anything. Good luck.
