Dallas, TX asked in Family Law for Oklahoma

Q: Last Summer My son was not allowed to have his sons for a full month of visitation. No reason given.

She has obtained passports with out dads permission, can she take them out of the country during dads summer time? What can we do? Do we have to spend a lot of money to get the courts attention to this? Dad lives in Oklahoma their original home, and she has moved them to Texas and has moved their school every single year over the past five.

A: Most foreign travel will require that the kids have written notarized consent of dad to travel. Sounds like dad should consult an experienced Family Law Attorney, in area where divorced, for help with this problem, and probably file for custody to give kids a stable home.
