Q: I'm 21 and from NJ with no priors and I got a Ticket in Orangetown NY for going 98 in a 50 zone. Advice? Best scenario?
The ticket also says I was following to close and that I made an unsafe lane change. It's an 11 point ticket (license suspension).
A: Orangetown is a great Court for bad tickets like this speed. You can probably get a plea deal by yourself but an attorney will probably get a better deal for you than you can get yourself.
