Q: my father pass away 3 weeks ago he did not leave a will he never remarried he left behind a car a house a savings acct
we live in oklahoma city we are not sure what to do wondering if we can take care of things without flying there
A: Unless he had a trust you will probably need probate in the state where he owned property. You may be able to take care of things,or most of them, from home if an attorney is used.
