Ticonderoga, NY asked in Family Law, Real Estate Law and Elder Law for New York

Q: My mom lives with my sister and her finance. She is 86 years old still in her right mind. Her finance posted signs so I

cant go on his property because I turned him in a few months ago because he left his son's dog outside in 40 below weather. He's been mad ever since and my sister is not talking to me anymore. My mom calls me but I am not allowed to call there or go on his property. Do I have any rights? I really miss my mom and want to go see her, (I live 3 hours away). I know she is up there in age and I am missing out on time with her. Please give me some advice as to what to do from here? She has no POA as of my knowledge, and if she did it would most definitely be her only sister who is still alive.
