Q: Hi my daughter is three years old. And her father took me to court jun 2, 2016 for visitation with the child.

I have a permanent rastaining order against him due to domestic violence. The court modified my restraining order an gave him 4 hours of supervised visitation with his mother 3 days out the week so we only communicate through the court wizard which he never communicate with me about picking up my daughter. Then comes now it’s been over a year that my daughter father have not seen my daughter. He have not help Me at all with child support. I was paying money out my pocket for daycare so that he could pick my daughter up from there with his mom and they never showed up. I have been going through this divorce and full custody for 3 year with no support at all. He have a court order to pick up the child but he choose not to. My daughter don’t know her father and I don’t want to confuse her she going to be 4 this year. Do you think I could win full custody with child support?

A: You need to return to court for a modification. Based on these facts it sounds like you can minimize the father's contact. Instead of full custody you need to r=think in terms of timesharing. Children are shared in Florida.
