A: The main factors a Court will consider in decided whether or not to grant a bond are 1) is the person a flight risk and 2) is the person a danger to the community or themselves.

It is possible to get a bond if charged with eluding, but itbis going to be much more dofficult. A court is likely to find the person to be a flight risk because bu eliding they have already demonstrated a likelihood to flee legal authority. Also, the court is likely to find that by eliding, the person has posed a danger to other drivers and/or pedestrians who could have been injured by the person while they were eliding police.

While it might be difficultbto het a bond, an experienced defense attorney can improve the chances of getting a bond, even on an eluding charge
