Q: Is my ticket enforceable?
Hi, just got a ticket in Manhattan (blocked an intersection). It correctly identifies the vehicle, but as for my identification - it only has slightly misspelled last name. No first name, no address, nothing. If I ignore the ticket and do nothing, is there a way for the cops to get me?

If you ignore the ticket your license will be suspended.
The misspelled name and omissions should be grounds for dismissal. But, you must plead not guilty and request a hearing. At the hearing you or your attorney can move for dismissal.
