A: NO, this type of action was abolished in Oklahoma in 1976, see Laws 1976, HB 1672, c. 164, § 2, eff. October 1, 1976, or 76 Oklahoma Statutes § 8.1. Alienation of Affections or Seduction - Civil Action - Abolition
