Los Angeles, CA asked in Immigration Law for Arizona

Q: Can my ex husbands green card be revoked after 17 years of marriage since he admitted to marrying only for documents?

I found out he has had 3 other children in Mexico while visiting his family throughout our marriage.. He was physically and emotionally abusive to my children and I and he also admitted to only marrying me for his documents, But stayed with me all these years because he made the mistake of having kids with me,In his words.. Just before the divorce, Throughout the years filing taxes he was sending the money to mexico to support his other children without my knowledge and just before i filed for the divorce he had kicked my children and i out of our home with nowhere to go and left us with nothing and left us to struggle.. A home that he would have never gotten without his green card or a job he would never have had without his green card.. He would not have had the documents if i had not married him. He admits to only wanting his documents to bring his girlfriend to the Unites States and their children he had with her while married to me .. . please help me with this.. What can i do ?

A: If you and he had children together, the chances that he would be deported for a fraudulent marriage are probably close to zero.
