Q: I was in a car accident in 2015, got a settlement in 2017, 2018 my injuries have worsen. I will be having back surgery
soon, am I able to go after guilty party for hospital bills, time off work and continued pain and suffering?
A: Unlikely because chances are you signed a release. Do you have an underinsured claim? Why not ask the lawyer who represented you.
