Los Angeles, CA asked in Divorce, Family Law, Child Custody and Domestic Violence for Texas

Q: I gave an open divorce case in Kerrville and there seems to be some weird things going on with it. Cause number 161020C.

I have been told a temporary order was filed, but I nor my husband has seen this And no one has signed it. I would like to go back with my own counter for physical custody and to persue action against him for emotional spousal abuse. Because there is no order from a judge on visitation, my husband who has the kids refuses to let me see them without supervision. I had to leave in October 2016 for alcohol abuse and since went to rehab. I am also a veteran getting counseling and am enrolled in college. I no longer drink and use a breathalyzer daily. I am ready to take him back to court for custody.
