Q: Is it legal for realtor to "forget" to email my contract and allowing anther party to buy that house? Anything I can do?

A: It's doubtful you can sue the realtor successfully (and even if you could, probably not worth it to do so). But you should consider filing a Realtor Association complaint as it can affect their realtor accreditation and possibly even their state real estate license.
