Upland, CA asked in Civil Litigation and Civil Rights for California

Q: in appeals case now and the civil jd is closing in favor of the other party before my appeal is heard. Can I do anythin?

Cfs took my kids and there is no crime and or neglect. My appellant attorney sees the errors in the court the cfs is trying to close this and give my children to their abusive father courts also acknowledge his abuse and diagnosed me with ptsd from it. They had no warrant and went over county lines to take my kids vaccinated them too against my wish since they were schooled from home but in public on line school. Was not there for the hearing since right after they took my kids they said I was risk for harming myself or others and then having registered firearms in a locked safe, I was arrested for felony firearms possession with possible under the influence found innocent and that was dismissed yet they keep my kids

A: I wonder why you are not asking your own appellate attorney the same questions.
