Q: Hi I just finished my case I had three misdemeanors got sentenced for one year in nyc queens criminal court

They then gave me surcharges or fees to pay about 750$ + in total I'm 19 I don't have that kind of money and don't currently have my parents support

I'm already late on the payment can I get arrested what happens if I don't pay I'm not in the states now but will return a month after the payment has been due what happens when I land in new york
