Q: I have court papers drawn up for child custody and in the paper work it says neither parent is allowed to leave
The county. I just found out today that my daughters mother is moving away outside of the set parameters and has left behind our daughter for her grandmother to watch. Can this be a reason to justify me taking my daughter and gaining full custody of my daughter, if so how do I go about doing it. Thank you for you're time.
