Q: regarding eviction

if backed up on the rent, but continue to pay every month, can the landlord still serve an eviction notice, if the landlord left the eviction notice on the door and we never got it, what are the options, thank you for answering

A: No they cannot serve an evection notice under any circumstances without suing you via a “summary non-payment proceeding“. Anything saying something like eviction notice you should just ignore because a court ruling has to come first.
