She also has cats in house garbage on deck and lot inhumane conditions, also no rent pay for May and 3 other late payments. Trash left on decks and lot, doesn't respond to phone calls or text. Served renter on door eviction 7 day notice with police present no one home, what is the time frame to remove the renter? I have a rental lease agreement month to month
