Q: i plan on flying out of the US but im an immigrant so i was wondering if id be allowed to fly out from a US airport 2 UK
With a mexican passport following the MEX-UK travel agreement that allows up to a six month stay and doesnt require the individual to get a visa or would i be detained in the airport for being an illegal immigrant from US also my mother has a domestic violence visa case about to start so i was wondering if i could ask for a document allowing me to return to the US for the case that hasnt begun yet but that will. staying is not an option thanks
A: There is no problem for you to leave the US, but coming back will be a problem.
