San Francisco, CA asked in Domestic Violence for California

Q: What will happen if I had a fight with my girlfriend(small injuries) I got arrested and I had court soon without charges

It's my first time going to jail therefore I opened my criminal record with domestic violence charges. I had a fight with my girlfriend and we were drunk (she had small injuries same as me) and the cops came and I got arrested but bailed out the next day. I have court soon and I don't know what is going to happen. It's my first case and she is NOT pressing any charges against me. What will happen in court? Am I gonna get arrested?

A: much more info is needed

what court? what DA? etc

I does not matter that she does not want to press charges. The victim is the people of the state of California.

a 273.5 with injuries is more serious than most other minor arrests............and you have already been arrested. The issue is injuries and what was said at the scene.

please call if you want to discuss...............dale gribow 760 837 7500
