you can always sue anyone for anything but the facts will determine the value of the case and the chances of success. These kind of cases are very specialized and i do not handle but i may know lawyers who would if the facts warrant it.

A: As all of the prior answers suggest - yes - you can sue them but it's not easy and you should get legal representation. If the claim is small you could also sue in small claims court but again - its not an easy process for a defective product.
