A: MORE INFO NEEDED

OUR FIRM DOES NOT BUT IF HE CAN NOT AFFORD A LAWYER HE CAN ASK THE COURT FOR A PUBLIC DEFENDER WHICH WOULD PROBABLY BE BETTER THAN FINDING THE CHEAPEST LAWYER

A: Sometimes I offer payment plans and I tend to have lower rates than most around me. My consults are free. It never hurts to shop around. However, if someone is dirt cheap, there may be a reason and a public defender at that point would not be a bad idea. Public defenders are great attorneys but they are overworked. They won't have the time to look at the case with a fine-toothed comb, generally speaking.

A: Thank you my colleagues. I just heard of a company called iQualify.com that actually finances qualified borrrowers and their relatives in criminal cases. The qualfications are much lower than for a car loan.
