A: You have a possible claim for personal injury, along with your sons. Although, there is no reason that fiberglass would make anyone vomit, except maybe excessive coughing. It isn't helpful that you have thrown away the contents of your living room, as testing those items would establish the presence of fiberglass, but that is no longer possible.

Make a list of all of your economic damages, by item, and contact some PI attorneys. I am not certain on whether your damages are substantial enough to justify a lawsuit, but it is worth talking to some attorneys about it.

A: many people have complaints from getting mattress wet and jumping on it and fiberglass being everywhere.........and fiberglass can be dangerous

in Arizona a family was forced to leave their home over the fiberglass cover

call me tomorrow..................dale gribow 760 837 7500

it looks like a good claim but a lawyer would have to evaluate the extent of damages........it is a shame you have thrown away some of the evidence
