Q: Our apartment complex sent a letter tha our lease ended June 5th. They made a mistake and didn’t tell us it was June 29
We signed a 60 day notice stating we would be out by June 5th. The apt manager also signed this agreement. On June 5th we went to turn our keys in and the manager said he made a mistake and the contract ended June 29th. He said we have to pay the entire mi th rent or he will turn it into collections.
