My name is xxx. I am an undergraduate at Texas State University who just completed her sophomore year. In the year 2014, my father married a U.S citizen who petitioned for him, my sister and I. In a turn of unfortunate events, the application was denied as a result of insufficient documents provided and also party because their marriage wasn’t working out. They are no longer pursuing the process and my father intends to leave the country soon along with my sister and me.
Unfortunately, I was recently arrested due to my involvement in a shoplifting incident and charged with a class B misdemeanor. However, we employed a lawyer who has been very efficient at helping us work towards a resolution.
