Q: Can I file charges against my 10 year old granddaughter who is unruly
She thinks police are a joke judges teachers she's been through counseling on medication nothing has worked if I could put her in a boot camp I would my daughter-in-law has six other children who do what they're supposed to do on a daily basis this child is out of control and we do not know what else to do because they say we cannot do anything to her until she's 12 that they would put her in juvenile
