Received papers saying court affirmed sentence. Now what can i do to kerp fighting and stay out of prison. If i can get probation or house arrest im fine. Have a 2 yr old i cant leave. Plz help. Says i have 15 days to respond, just got the letter and its already been 9 days. Lawyer says in the letter, that i have to write the court, and tell them i no longer have council. Do i have to ask for rehearing to stay out on my appellate bond or can i petition for mitigated sentence and stay out while they decide?
