A: No it is within the expertise of the licensed physician to write his recommendations, including that you could retire. I REALLY HOPE FOR YOUR SAKE this schmuck actually wrote the words that you cannot do 'anything' because that equals 100% permanent disability, and that's a six-figure settlement!
