Q: granted exemption and writ dissolved but now I got another letter from plaintiff advising me to move to dissolve writ?

A: Sounds like the proposed order (or the order entered) did not contain a sentence/provision dissolving the writ. If the writ is already dissolved, this is unlikely.

OR

That you are receiving one of the statutory notices required under CH 77, and its just getting to you late or the Plaintiff sent it later than usual.
