Hampton, VA asked in Immigration Law for Virginia

Q: I just got married what form i should fill out I485 or I130 ?

i 've been married in USA since 2011, after divorce my marriage was not bonafide and i had to go through court, where actually judge administratively closed case and there is was no appeal from Homeland. So now i just got married in July 3rd , and i dont know which one forms i have to file out right now ? Should i do I-130 or I-485 , or i should fill out them together ?I had greencard before with my first marriage , but Immigration took it when i had interview. Beside that i knoiw i am not allow to work in USA without green card or authorization for work. But my former job apparantely lied to me when they said i able to work after work verification. I do have A-number , SSN, State ID and Driver Licence , i even have credit cards . So please can somebody explain to me what should i do now and what should i fill out ? I am so confused right now , and i really cant afford lawyer right now cause i lost my job and i might not eligible for unemployement

A: While we understand your concerns about cost, your case is a bit complicated, given the earlier finding of what amounts to marriage fraud. Even without that, the process of obtaining your permanent residence in the US is complicated, and it would be next to impossible to try to explain it in this type of forum. Some attorneys offer their services pro bono in some circumstances, and there are some not-for-profit agencies that provide immigration services as well. The Catholic Legal Immigration Network and Lutheran Immigrant and Refugee Services are two. Their websites provide information about affiliates located around the country.
