Q: My name not on birth cert for 14 and 16 year olds. Never had child support order. Can she file for one now?
Yes, I'm in Alabama. So, would we have to have paternity tests done to get my name on both birth certificates first? I must say, there is a question about one of the kids if she's mine or not.
A: I assume this is an Alabama matter. Yes she can. She can ask for 2 years of back support if you are the father.
