Q: Do I have a chance at getting my daughter's father to keep paying her child support past 19?
Daughter turns 19 next Tuesday. She is switching schools this semester from UAB to a Community college back at home and moving back in with me on Sunday. She is currently employed in Birmingham but working out her notice; last day will be Saturday. She will not be working here after she moves home. Her father has already filed paperwork to terminate Withholding Order for Support. Our divorce paperwork does not say anything about child support past 19.
