Q: Thought of complaint against the law firm with the State Bar of California received no results need help right away
I did not receive money for my car being a total loss I did not receive the proper money for my settlement for the personal injury receive no cancel checks never seen settlement letters the man letters they sent me paperwork with no signatures on it where they say they send out checks for whatever they needed to review my case with we know everyone signs any paper that goes to a county whatever let's have a signature I have all paperwork to support my accusations or my High Plains against this Law Firm please get back in contact with me and let me know if you can help me or not are direct me to someone that can I need to resolve this as soon as possible thank you

if you are saying the firm took the case without you signing a retainer they might be looking into it before they agree to accept it.
not every case yields a result the client expects.
if you are saying they settled the case and you did not sign an ok to settle and did not receive any money, then you should contact the state bar.
