A: Sounds like a potential problem. Is it a dedicated roadway owned by the county or municipality? If so, it is not your property. Is it a formal easement? Also a problem for you. The continuous use my result in a prescriptive easement. If the users of the gravel road are simply tresspassers, you may be on solid ground.
