Q: Do I need an autopsy before an attorney can proceed with medical malpractice in the state of Arizona?

My Husband fractured his hip and went into the hospital for surgery. He was given to much anthesia and also received a shot of morphine an hour before surgery. When he went downstairs for surgery, they gave him another shot of what they called "happy juice." The anthesiologist was informed that he had a shot of moriphine. When he was downstairs for his surgery his oxygen level & blood pressure was tanking per the nurse,
