Q: My ex wife is in arrears to the tune of 46,000. Has a bench warrant for her arrest and has not paid in over a year.
Dhr has been handling the case up to this point but it's been a year since the bench warrant was issued for non payment and no further action has been taken. When speaking to my case handler I am being told that there has been some changes and not a lot they can do. What course of action should I take next to get things on track? Is there anything that can be done?
A: You can collect on this money judgment against her just as you could any other money judgment.
