Q: How can I keep my record clean? I am a student and I need to keep my record clean.

Me and my husband babymom got into a fight she started she pushed me we started fighting then she filed a police report against me they arrested me as of yesterday. I have a clean record until yesterday. How can I keep my record clean? How can she get away with something she started. How can I defend myself with my lawyer I have a lawyer because I am a college student and I really need my record to remain clean. But, she is ruining my life. I am now being charged with 2nd degree Assault which is a misdemeanor in Maryland but please help me calm down. I did nothing but defend myself and she goes and file a police report they issue a arrest warrant and now we are here.
