A: Setion 7? Are you using some sort of form? If so, are you indigent and approved to have court cost waived? If not and you have to pay court cost, doing your own divorce is not a smart thing to do not only in terms of you don't know what you are doing but in terms of saving money - you won't. Visit us at www.easyncdivorce.com to see if our service is a good fit for you. If you are indigent and approved to have court cost waived, doing your own divorce will save you around $200 (assuming you do everything correctly). As to your question, where your children reside is not required information for a North Carolina Divorce Complaint, so you should put 'Not Applicable' in the blank.
