A: Arrests? Convictions?

Other charges elsewhere?

Particular statutes?

A: The answer to your question depends on the facts of your case. You can only expunge a crime if the state drops the charges; otherwise, you must seal the record then wait 10 years to expunge. Did these crimes arise out of the same transaction or were they different events? You can only expunge multiple offenses if they arise out of the same transaction. Otherwise, you may only pick one event to seal or expunge. In addition, you can only seal/expunge your record if you were not adjudicated guilty of any offense and were never adjudicated guilty of any crime in the past. Finally, you may only seal/expunge your criminal history one time in your life.
