Santa Monica, CA asked in Domestic Violence for California

Q: My wife has a restraining order against me, can I get one against her?

I am ordered not to harass, contact, follow, stalk etc.. and to stay 100 ft away. My wife uses this to her advantage and does things I am instructed not to. For example, she goes through my phone records and contacts business associates and tells them I have a TRO and am wanted by the police. She asks them to surrender my address so I can be brought to justice. Another example, is when I showed up to pick up my kids for a court appointed visitation. She released the kids but attempted to follow us to my vehicle demanding to know where I parked and where I lived. When I did not respond she took the children from my hands and carried them home. I do not want her contacting people from my phone records, taking the children from me, showing up to my new place or harming me in some way I can not think of. What can I do to protect myself.
