A: Well, my first advice is to learn in complete sentences and not a run-on sentence. Use period and capitals. It iwll help you here and in all aspects of your life. learn correct spelling.

Learn proper terminology. For instance, it is a motion to suppress and not a motion of suppress.

My last piece of advice is that you have an attorney who is providing you advice. There is no way an internet attorney without an intimate onowledge of the facts could have provide you proper and competent advice. You knew that but you decided to ask anyway since you wanted someone to make up your mind for you. But it is your arrest and your decision to make.

Lastly, if you do not trust your lawyer you can spend the money and hire a different one

A: A motion to suppress is an all or nothing proposition. It is difficult to suggest this path without knowing the facts. Drug court guarantees the charge will be dropped and is certainly less time on supervision than the plea for 18 months. Some believe a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Ultimately, your lawyer is the best person for guidance and the decision rests entirely with you.
