Malvern, AR asked in Criminal Law for Arkansas

Q: I have a charge of theft by receiving of a ar 15. i was wondering what i should do next? aslo a parafenalia charge

The parafenailia charge was for 2 mason jars alledgedly with residue in them, and 3 scales some of which didnt work. All this happened doing a raid on my home. Which since i have moved to malvern this was the 3rd time police have came in to my home n searched never finding drugs of any sorts. And i have no charges or have I never been convicted of any crimes. During the search i was cuffed on the ground then hit n the face with a chair never once did they say why they were here or did they ask if I was ok. I have a picture of my face it was swollen up. They cuffed me to tight to where it left burises on my wrist , and once outside one cop pushed me in the back for no reason I have cameras up so i can prove it, but they took the dvr for eveidense and also took my phone.... I was wondering if they could do that?
