I am working for a EMS company currently. The company I’m working for now purchased my tuition contract from my previous employer so I could work for my current employer. My tuition contract is $12,825. I have to stay at the company for 3 years to fulfill my contract. If I resign they will sue me and take me to court for the money. I am going to college to purse another career and I can not stay at my current company for 3 years. I am trying to find a loop hole out of my contract. I have a copy of my contract. Would you be able to help me or give me advice?
